Who we are

LeadLoop is a done-for-you lead follow-up and appointment-booking service for real estate agents, operated by AI Biz Connect ("AI Biz Connect," "LeadLoop," "we," "us"). This policy applies to visitors and leads who interact with the LeadLoop website (lead-loop.co), our booking form, and our text/email communications.

What we collect

When you fill out the form on our site to book a free setup call, we collect:

• Your name
• Your mobile phone number
• Any details you send us afterward by text, email, or phone (for example, questions about your business or your lead sources)
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (page visited, general device/browser type), used only to keep the site running properly

We do not ask for or collect sensitive information (like financial account numbers, government ID, or health data) through this form.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• Contact you about booking and completing your LeadLoop setup call
• Text and email you during onboarding and, if you become a customer, as part of the service itself (appointment confirmations, follow-up messages sent on your behalf to your own leads use your business's own contact list — this policy covers your data as our customer/prospect, not the leads you separately import into the service)
• Answer questions you send us
• Improve LeadLoop and keep our records straight

SMS / text messaging consent

If you're a LeadLoop customer, the same STOP/HELP rules apply to your own leads' text conversations, and your leads separately consent by submitting their own inquiry to your business — you're responsible for making sure your use of LeadLoop with your leads complies with applicable law in your market.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, ever. We share it only with the service providers that make LeadLoop work, under their own privacy and security terms:

Provider	What they do
GoHighLevel / LeadConnector	The CRM and automation platform that stores your contact record and sends the messages you receive from us.
Twilio	The messaging infrastructure GoHighLevel uses to actually deliver SMS and calls.
Email and calendar providers	To send confirmations and schedule your setup call.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., a merger or sale of AI Biz Connect).

Where your data lives / cross-border notice

AI Biz Connect is based in Ontario, Canada, and serves real estate agents in both Canada and the United States. Depending on the tools above, your information may be processed or stored on servers located in Canada or the United States. By using our site or service, you understand your information may cross borders and be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it's processed.

We handle personal information consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable data protection principles in the states we serve. We collect only what we need, use it only for the purposes described here, and keep it reasonably secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact and setup-call information for as long as you're an active prospect or customer, plus a reasonable period afterward for our business records (typically up to 24 months of inactivity), unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law.

Your rights and choices

• Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message, or contact us below.
• Access or correct your information: email or call us and we'll confirm what we have on file.
• Request deletion: contact us and we'll remove your personal information from our systems, except where we're required to keep it (e.g., billing/legal records).

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access-controlled platforms) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.

Children's privacy

LeadLoop is a business service for licensed real estate professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LeadLoop evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of our site or service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
